| 8 Dec | We successfully defended against the appeal of the certification of the AMO contact lens solution lawsuit. The appeal hearing took place in the British Columbia Court of Appeal on September 27, 2010 and, on December 8, 2010, the Court delivered Reasons for Judgment, dismissing AMO’s appeal.
