| DEC-2006 | The Defendant appealled the decision of Mr. Justice Holmes to certifiy this class action. The appeal was heard by a division of three justices of the British Columbia Court of Appeal on Wednesday, October 11, 2006. The judges "reserved" their decision. |

| JAN-2005 | "Certification" is the process by which the court approves the transformation of an individual action into a class action. This action was certified by Order of Mr. Justice Holmes dated October 25, 2005. A copy of his Lordship's "Reasons", granting the Order, can be found under Court Documents. |
