25-OCT-2004 The parties argued the question of class "certification" before Madam Justice Satanove of the British Columbia Supreme Court on October 25 to October 30, 2004. At the conclusion of the hearing, Madam Justice Satanove reserved her decision to carefully consider all of the evidence and legal arguments. Her Honour's decision, when released, will determine whether or not this case can forward as a class action.
