Settlement Documents
A settlement was reached with B.C.Hydro and the District of Maple Ridge on August 25th, 2004. While the settlement was without admission of liability, B.C. Hydro has agreed to pay $412,250. and the District of Maple Ridge, has agreed to pay $72,750. into a Settlement Fund totalling $485,000.
