Gary Smith

Gary Smith, Lawyer

Gary Smith graduated from the University of Toronto Law School with a Bachelor of Law in 1980 and from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Masters of Law in 1999. Mr. Smith also has a PhD in French and is fluently bilingual. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1982.

He has published articles on mediation and law reform in various academic journals including the Osgoode Hall Law Review. He has taught courses and delivered papers on class actions, insurance and mediation.

Mr. Smith is Counsel to Klein Lyons in the fields of class actions, insurance and insolvency litigation.
