Jason Murray is part of Klein Lyons’ class action practice where he represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of class actions, including those involving defective medical and consumer products, deceptive marketing and government negligence.

Jason has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in British Columbia and at the B.C. Utilities Commission. Prior to joining Klein Lyons, Jason practiced with Canada’s largest law firm where he acted as counsel in regulatory hearings, significant aboriginal land claims, environmental prosecutions and civil disputes involving personal injury, environmental, construction and commercial matters.

A graduate of Queen’s University at Kingston with a Bachelor of Laws and the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts, Jason served as a law clerk to seven justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia after graduating from law school. Jason was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2003.

Jason has served in a number of volunteer positions within the Conservative Party of Canada and the Vancouver Civic Non-Partisan Association (NPA). He is currently a Director of the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver. Jason is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the Vancouver Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
