Paul Warnett was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2001. Paul is a trial lawyer who has represented clients at trial before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and on appeal before the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Before coming to Klein Lyons, Paul represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants involved in motor vehicle accidents. He has extensive experience with catastrophic injuries including both brain and spinal injury claims. Paul has gained extensive insight into how ICBC evaluates claims and is pleased to utilize this knowledge to represent those injured in motor vehicle accidents.

Paul is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, Canadian Bar Association and the Vancouver Bar Association. He has also lectured on trial preparation in Provincial Court for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC.
